This SIG will serve the information and dialogue needs of entrepreneurs, operators, managers and call centre agents active in this expanding sub-sector.

Operators, investors, regulators, policy-makers, development partners and individual analysts have been debating the issues of affordable and accessible bandwidth for Africa over the heads of the people most affected by the outcome of the debate – the end-users. No organizational structures exist to articulate user perspectives and exercise their effective lobbying influence. As an end-user, this is your space to share ideas, make suggestions, post updates of progress, network, and begin the lobbying process for affordable, accessible connectivity in your region.
