Ademola Adewusi is the Managing Partner of Talent and Dexterity. Prior to that, he was the Customer Care Training Manager for Zain Nigeria, responsible for the training support of the Contact Centre and the entire organisation in Customer Services. He was also a Customer Service Manager with UAC of Nigeria Plc. in the South West and South East regions of Nigeria. He has participated in several training programmes including the Comnavig Contact Centre conference in Hilton Abuja in October 2008.
