Lanre Adesanya, is the CEO of 1st Image customer service consultancy, Lagos, Nigeria. He has a wealth of experience in Customer Service Delivery. His 12 years experience predominantly stems from customer call centres within banking, media, IT and the public sector within the UK.
Lanre is passionate about delivery of exceptional customer services across a diverse multi culture society. . He has firsthand customer service experience in both subordinate and management positions.
He has an aptitude in visualising customer’s requirements, in determining the appropriate delivery of service unique to the organisation. He communicates this to all stakeholders and then take up the task of implementing the infrastructure and processes to accommodate their customers’ demands/requirements.
As the CEO of 1st Image customer service consultancy, Lanre has a multitude of responsibilities. His mission is to facilitate a positive customer experience and to continually improve upon 1st Image customer service consultancy model for delivering and supporting customer focus services.
Lanre holds an Honours Degree in Information Management and Certificate in Management studies. He is currently a management member of the Institute of Customer Services in the United Kingdom.
