Neil is a Consultant in the Corporate Transactions and Transformations practice of Hewitt Associates. As part of the team, he is involved in strategy and operations/ process consulting assignments and is responsible for project management and delivery.
Neil has been with Hewitt since April, 2006. He has worked across industries in the areas of Macro Talent Development, Business Process Re-engineering and Change Management. He has undertaken various assignments in designing and setting up systems for efficient business processes at various client organizations.
Neil is a subject matter expert in the area of developing the triple E linkage between Education – Employability – Economic Growth. He has helped numerous government and non-government clients articulate and implement macro talent development strategies that lay emphasis the creating the right-skilled, industry-ready talent that supports sustainable growth of a location. He has also helped governments and international funding agencies formulate policy level interventions for investment promotion and industrial development.
Some of his key projects include the development of a framework for regional collaboration between countries for growth of the ITES-BPO industry in the South Asia, Development of a talent strategy roadmap for a state in India as well as developing the ICT roadmap for an EU nation.
Prior to Hewitt, Neil worked with Aurion Pro as a Software programmer. The firm specializes in development of financial software for capital markets.
Neil holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A) and an undergraduate degree in Electronics Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI), Mumbai.
