Olu has worked with a number of blue chip and public sector organisations helping them to deliver both operational and training solutions. Her contact centre consulting has covered a wide range of areas from Best Practice Development to location studies, operational reviews and development of CRM strategies.
Olu managed a national project for a major government organisation to design and implement a training programme for almost 2,000 front line staff and management. In addition, she has worked with the same client to launch their customer facing operations within the UK. Olu also managed a large contact centre in Manchester and transformed its performance which enhanced the customer experience.
Olu has worked with a number of other organisations to improve and re-engineer operational processes other projects include project managing the transition of an operation for a major US Financial service provider within the German market, development of a business case and offshore strategy for an internationally renowned consumer electronics company. Olu also lead a team to develop and implement an operational improvement programme across Poland for a Polish Telecommunications company. Olu has worked with a major telecommunications start up company in Dubai to develop business processes and methodologies, she has also worked for a leading Authority based in the UAE to design an integrated solution for delivering customer service. More recently she worked with a leading Awarding body in the UK to transition part of their contact centre operation to an outsource provider.
