Stelios Papadakis is currently the Head of IT of Barclays Bank Mozambique. Previously, he worked for the Strategy and Policy Unit of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in Geneva, Switzerland and before that, he was Senior Telecommunication Policy Advisor at the Ministry of Transport and Communications in Maputo, Mozambique, as well as a part-time lecturer at various Universities in Mozambique. Stelios is also the winner of the 2007 edition of the ITU Young Minds in Telecom competition. He Holds a MSc. in Public Policies for Science, Technology and Innovation from University of Sussex, United Kingdom as well as bachelor degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, from Curtin University of technology, Australia.
